Generally, yes. In certain cases, when an image is openly licensed and does not require attribution, you do not need to cite it. If an image is not openly licensed, or you aren't sure about its status, then it must be cited. Overall, it's good practice to cite every image, regardless of whether it's openly licensed or not.
